Each month, teachers from one department at PJHS pick students who are respectful, hard-working, and show genuine kindness to those around them. These students then become the Students of the Month. The students of the month for November are Gage Hooper, Riann Joel, Willow Welch, Dillan Hayward, Tatumn Coon, and Jaden Wickham. Great job being kind and amazing!

Based on Elizabeth Von Arnim's beloved novel of the 1920s, Enchanged April is a gentle and romantic comedy of manners. Against the backdrop of a country still reeling from World War I, Enchanted April offers to its characters and viewers a necessary balm of sunshine and renewal.

Red Ribbon Week 500 Mile Walk

Submitted by Anonymous (not verified) on

Today at Payson Jr. High, we held an assembly to celebrate Red Ribbon Week. Students participated in the 500 Mile Walk touting the anti-bullying posters they'd made with the help of their teachers and fellow classmates. At the assembly, students sang encouraging songs to help us remember the importance of being a friend to everyone. We also heard from some of the baseball players at Brigham Young University who shared some of their experiences and wisdom about being kind and choosing good friends. It was a wonderful experience for everyone involved! Remember, Grizzlies: bullying is trash.
