The 8th grade Peer Leadership Class made Hygiene Kits for Refugees in Bangladesh. Click the story to see all the pics. They started with a Telethon where they called local businesses and residents to ask for donations. We had a tremendous outpouring from the public including: residents, police departments, dentists and businesses in Spanish Fork, Salem, Santaquin, Payson, and Genola areas. They collected and organized the donations supplementing what they needed with monetary donations. After putting the kits together they delivered them to "Helping Hands" in American Fork and helped box up donations headed for Bangladesh.
