Nominate to Distinguished Alumni

Nominating Someone

The Hall of Fame committee does not have exact criteria for nominating individuals. Any person who has achieved great accomplishment in life so as to bring honor to our school community is eligible for nomination. It is the job of the selection committee to determine whether the achievements of individual nominees merit their recognition as exemplars and role models in this elite group.

The committee meets once per year to review the year’s nominations, deliberate, and vote on inducting new members to the Hall of Fame. New inductees are then honored at a special event. If a nominee is not selected for induction, their name will remain in active consideration for two more years. Persons can be re-nominated after three years have elapsed. Please note that Distinguished Alumni members may be removed from the Hall of Fame if it is discovered that their nomination was fraudulent or the individual displays behavior unbecoming of a PHS distinguished alumnus, including but not limited to criminal behavior.
