Parent Teacher Conference Sign ups

Due to Covid we will be using a different format for Parent Teacher Conferences. Teachers will be in their classrooms and have schedules you can sign up for to meet with them. We understand this can be hard to schedule with Junior High students because of their 7 different teachers.
Come make a side income whil the kids are in school, be off when they are (including holidays and breaks) and get your steps in for the day. Lunch is on us! Starting wage is $11.47/hr with opportunities for advancement. No experience required. Positions available districtwide.
This year the student council and counseling department are teaming up for a sub for santa fundraiser. This week, the 2nd period class that raises the most money by the end of Monday, November 23rd will get a prize! The more money we raise, the more ridiculous dares our teachers will participate in. So far, we've seen some of our staff here at PJHS get pies in the face and kiss pigs! We love the idea of our staff and students at PJHS taking part and pride in any efforts to support families this coming holiday season.
Every year, for over a decade, the Fine Arts department has put on a tribute to our veterans, but this year we have not been able to perform a live assembly. Instead of a Veteran's Day assembly each class in the Fine Arts created their own tribute to those who have served in our military. Please see the attached video link for your enjoyment. Thank you to all who have served our country - we honor you this Veterans Day!
This week at Payson Junior High, we've been participating in a school-wide "Go Beyond" campaign to encourage students to think about ways they can contribute in their family, school, city and state, country, and world. Students have had the opportunity to participate in trivia competitions and create projects for prizes.
