Felicitie Borwegen is the recipient of our November Mayor's Award.  Her teachers had a lot of positive things to say about her! 
  • Felicitie Borwegen is one of the most positive, optimistic people I've ever met. She's very kind to others, and she works very hard in everything she does. I think she'd be a great candidate for the Mayor's Award. Ms.
