Red Ribbon Week 500 Mile Walk

Submitted by Anonymous (not verified) on

Today at Payson Jr. High, we held an assembly to celebrate Red Ribbon Week. Students participated in the 500 Mile Walk touting the anti-bullying posters they'd made with the help of their teachers and fellow classmates. At the assembly, students sang encouraging songs to help us remember the importance of being a friend to everyone. We also heard from some of the baseball players at Brigham Young University who shared some of their experiences and wisdom about being kind and choosing good friends. It was a wonderful experience for everyone involved! Remember, Grizzlies: bullying is trash.
