Congratulations on making it to the end of another great year!  Friday is our last day of school for this year and students will be excused at 11:15 am. Breakfast will be served on Friday, but lunch will not. The only materials students will need on this day is a yearbook and a pen or pencil. Backpacks or jackets will not be allowed and will need to be checked-in at the entrance if brought to school. Sharpies and other markers will also not be allowed.
Library Material Check-In
Please return all library books, Chromebooks, and chargers to the library IMMEDIATELY to avoid any fines!!!  School is almost over and all school materials must be turned in.
9th Grade Credit Recovery
If you have a 9TH GRADE student who received an "F" in English, Math, Science, or History then we will provide a summer school option, for those interested, to earn a passing grade.  We unfortunately do not have the means or staff to provide credit recovery for any other subject areas or grades. The cost will be $25 to be paid at PJHS finance office before May 27th (last day of school). To register or for more information email your student's counselor and let them know you are interested:

Peer Leadership Accomplishments
Our Peer Leadership teams accomplished a lot this semester! Here's just a few of the service projects we performed:
--Both classes combined forces and put together 40 hygiene kits and donated them to Tabitha's Way Food Pantry in Spanish Fork, and took a combined 3 field trips to volunteer at the food pantry. The students donated a lot of the hygiene kit supplies themselves.
--8th Grade Peer Leadership made hats and scarves and donated them to Tabitha's Way during the Field Trip.
--9th grade Peer Leadership made fleece blankets for the Animal Shelter. Our own Payson Animal Control Officer Whitehead, brought Shelter Director Kristen, to our class to receive the blanket donation and be our guest speakers!
--Both classes took turns every week, helping the janitors to keep the school looking extra clean and shiny.
A Thank You From Our Spanish Classes
A big thanks to all the parents that came to support our Spanish  lessons this year. Ms. Bartholomew truly appreciates your support and efforts.  Students always benefit when they see parent involvement in the classroom. Enjoy this video of the ways our students were enriched by parent visitors this year. Thank you so much!
