Students honored for achievement and citizenship

Congratulations to our students of the month for December!  These students were selected by their teachers to be honored this month for their achievement and citizenship.

9th grade:

Jared Watkins: Jared is such a kind and responsible student. His peers look up to him and he is such a positive example to all of them. I wish I had more Jareds! Mrs. Mall

Lainee Kelson: Lainee is a good student and makes sure she does her best.  She was the first student to memorize and pass off the FFA Creed this year.  She has been involved in the FFA and has done a great job at the animal lab and with training her pig for the state fair. Mr. Houston

8th grade:

Wyatt Alexander: Wyatt is in two of my classes this year, both Exploring Agriculture and Exploring Technology.  He is a hard working respectful student who interacts properly with both students and adults.  When I was absent the sub reported how helpful and polite Wyatt was.  Wyatt is very patient when helping other students and has been a joy to work with and teach, he is very deserving of being the student of the month.  Mr. Young

Kendria Dymock:  Kendia always has a cheery disposition and positive attitude.  Kendria was the Bridge building partner with a student that was really struggling in my class.  With a happy attitude she worked hard to get the bridge constructed with this challenged student and they got an A- on the project. Mr. Hunter
