Guadalupe Cortes received this month's Mayor's Award. She was elected LIA ( Latinos in Action) president by her peers. Guadalupe has an excellent predisposition to help anybody who needs it. She sets her goals and successfully masters them. Her excellent sense of humor, charismatic personality, make her an excellent leadership choice . This last two weeks, she showed her leadership qualities and engaged with the whole classroom. Everyday in class, I can see her using strategies and engage in doing assignments with her classmates. All of these qualities, make Guadalupe an excellent leader! Guadalupe does an excellent job!
