January Mayor's Award

Submitted by allison.mower on

Amya Fajardo, a 9th grader here at PJHS, is our January recipient of the Mayor's Award.  She is an awesome student. She is very kind to her peers and she is always respectful to teachers, even when she faces challenges. Amya is an incredibly hard worker and is willing to help anyone that needs her help no matter how busy she is with her own stuff. She is very humble, polite, and a great example to her peers. What a great example of a PJHS student!  We are lucky to have Amya here at Payson Junior High.

We are so proud of PJHS choir and Mrs. Bolz! Thanks to their hard work and dedication both the Chamber Singers and Advanced Women's Choruses have been invited to sing at Abravanel Hall in SLC on Jan. 25th. They are 1 of only 3 choirs (in the state of Utah!) selected to perform. Congratulations!
